Land Travel Tips
-
Rail passes can be very inexpensive in foreign
countries. Passes can be purchased ahead of time from your travel
agent.
-
Cars for overseas land travel can be arranged
through most U.S. rental car agencies.
-
Air Land travel packages are available through
most airline companies or travel agencies.
-
Use subways whenever possible for getting around
in the city. Both London and Paris have excellent systems. One, two, or three
day passes are the least expensive.
-
Use hotel services, if available, for airport pick
ups, drop offs, and train station pick ups and drop offs.
-
Your U.S. Auto Insurance may not apply overseas,
check with your agent.
